PHILOSOPHY

FORE thought

Yorkshire House and Hub is owned and managed by FORE Partnership, a new kind of property firm for a new kind of property. FORE believes that the investment and stewardship of real estate brings many responsibilities, including those to the wider community as well as the environment.

We are told that buildings account for around 40% of the carbon we generate, and at Yorkshire House and Hub we’ve done our best to reduce energy, water and waste. But we’ve also focused on design that fosters creativity, raises staff satisfaction and helps release the full potential of your business.

Our engagement with the local Leeds community is part of this vision too. From working hand in hand with the local council to regenerate Greek Street, to collaborating with design students at Leeds Beckett University in bringing the development’s identity to life. After all, buildings not only account for 40% of the carbon we generate but they are also where we spend 99% of our time.

We call this approach, “Responsible Real Estate”.
